Macro mania.......

The sun is shining for the first time this evening and it caused the bright red geraniums to glow. This is a plant that I kept alive all winter in the spare room. The sun reflections on the blossoms reflect back to the camera as yellow.  This is my expressionist photo for the week.

How interesting. I first thought this was a two-toned canna lily blossom until I read the explanation of the sun.

Nice shot! You have really saved a living life dying from the winter! The shiny sun makes the flower to look even greater than its real appearance.

Interesting picture of the flower and the sun. I've been away for 10 days visiting family and friends back in Maryland, today I am trying to play catch up and see what I have missed. All the flowers you photographed are lovely.

It looks like it may glow in the dark! Very artistic.

Tall and Short....

At four in the morning and one is walking the empty hallways, one never knows what the camera might shoot.
