I talk the walk but I didn't get all my dead stalks taken down in the garden. I guess in the back of my mind I know that I can have great views like this with the stalks against the snow background.

The stalks make a great photo against the snow.
It is finally cold here this a.m. (in the 30's) Our Mexican Petunias that are sheltered a little by the front porch have been coming up from seed it has been so warm!
Beautiful photo, Larry! I love the winter and am celebrating it, enjoying my walks in the snow. As long as there is no ice and it isn't under -20, I enjoy the cold! :)
A lot of our garden and meadow look like that.
