Free Seed

The squirrel was busy filling his jowls full of seed. He had some competetion as there was a chipmunk doing the same.

Cardinal's Hatch

 Our cardinal pair succeeded in hatching out at least these two birds. The female has developed its feathers pretty much but the male has lots of tufts and fluff yet to grow out.

Visitor

 An eastern tiger swallowtail was busy feeding while I was looking for a monarch that I had seen earlier. I never did see the monarch for a chance photo shot.
