As at this time I guess these are the only two colors that I have in hollyhocks. My hostas have crowded out a lot of them that I use to have in the backyard that were white.
Have a view of my daily photos or photos from my past. We all need to document the world around us visually. What I see is mostly what you get.
The burning bush is fading as it drops it leaves. It looks like its shedding its coat as the small leaves just continue to drop day and nig...

Wow..they are beautiful. My stalks are huge but the buds have just appeared, so we are WAY behind you in blooming time here in the U.P. of Michigan!
I love so much those flowers but I have not any in my garden. I bought some seeds but they are still in the small bag.
I love Hollyhocks... a flower I grew up with and don't seem to see very much of around here anymore... perhaps it's the climate, I don't know or folks are just not as fond of them as I am.
Great photos.
At least you have some! They don't like my soil or me. My Aunt a few miles away has great luck with them! They are so beautiful, a truly old fashioned flower. Sometimes I think that those are the best kind! :)
