Have a view of my daily photos or photos from my past. We all need to document the world around us visually. What I see is mostly what you get.

Saturday's Sedum.....
I am amazed as to how photos come about. When you are not looking, the shot jumps out at you. The sedum has a great pattern of buds on them right now and the blending of the black eyed susans created a tapestry of pattern and color. This sedum has given me so many photos from early spring to now. It is a great plant.

Informal Planting.
Peonies crowd the iris as the gardener’s placement of flowers seems haphazard.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Loved the different textures of the two together. Nice shot!
They go together like the best of friends....lovely shot!
That's a great photo Larry! I have that sedum also. It's been in my garden for many years. I can't remember what the name of it is. I like the dusty pink flower head when it blooms. More photo ops...
I agree, these two combined are fantastic... what a great bouquet.
