Chrysanthemum....I looked up the spelling!!!!
I had a lot of fun messing with this mum that I bought for my wife. It is full of small blooms, but the camera makes them look much larger. I didn't know how many pictures to show you, is two enough, are three too many?
Maybe more pictures and less talk. That is what I will do. Enjoy the colors and the shapes.

Blooming Again...
The variety is a reblooming one. The conditions have to be just right for it to do it but it is in its genetics to bloom twice a season.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

And they look great seen big. A difficult spelling anytime. So many petals so perfectly placed.
These are really lovely pictures, beautiful colored 'Mums', very delicate.
Sunny :)
What a beautiful color. It makes it look so fragile. Mums are tough as old boots.
L.D.,
A beautiful flower for sure-
the last photo is the best in my books -the light shinning on half of the flower is just right

They're as pretty as a bride... I love those flowers but I avoid having the cut flowers in the house.
Very nice, Larry, very nice ! I agree with everyone.
I love how delicate and soft their barely pink color is. Such a pretty gradation from light to dark.
What a pretty, pretty pink. Have you planted it in the garden. I bought a pink mum last weekend, but a much deeper color.
Yes, I bought it in a plastic pot and they are suppose to be planted outside in the fall. I will wait a week and then put it in the ground. It should survive and come back next year. I helped my neighbor lady spread her mums out last spring, by dividing them and they are blooming now.
Thank goodness for MUMS...the last really nice flower in most northern gardens!
Hi Larry. These shots are really nice. I like the first shot in particular!
