Have a view of my daily photos or photos from my past. We all need to document the world around us visually. What I see is mostly what you get.

Storefronts Photo Collection..........
I am going to have to change my title to Larry's Photo's a Day. I have a large amount of photos from the Bar Harbor area. I like the photos as they are like a visual artwork in themselves. I bet someone who smokes would go crazy when they first see this sign. It really is a fantastic graphic design. I like all the painted green trim.
This is another great sign to advertise a bar. I suppose they must have had a veranda at the back of the building. That light and streetlight enhanced the feeling of being in New England.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

What a wonderful idea for a post. These signs are so colorful...very cool!
Sunny :)
A place for drinking, another one for smoking and two beautiful storefronts.
I do not think we have in France some special place for smoking. People smoke outside on the sidewalk in front of a place for drinking.
Last year I showed some storefronts on my blog.
Welcome to the photo-a-day club. The signs are wonderful and I particularly love the cigar one. I smoked a pipe for 35 years but gave up about 5 years ago. I still miss it terribly. I made an agreement with my wife when I stopped smoking that I would stop smoking in England - and therefore still enjoy a cigar when we were on holiday out of the country. Now I have a feeling that Bar Harbor might just qualify as "abroad"!
The whole street looks that way-neat looking signs. With the Joe's smoke the hand does kind of pop out with that cigar.

Carmen Verandah was a good touch. I liked these pictures, they were really interesting. I was only in Bar Harbor for a day; could have done with a few months. Lovely place.
That smoke shop sign is exactly the kind of thing my cigar-smoking, Nikon-toting husband would stop to get a shot of! You're right, it's a great sign. We drove through Bar Harbor once...stayed in Bass Harbor. Very beautiful!
Great signs. So much color and life (well, not so much about the smoking thing) but still, so nice to look at.
These are wonderful signs.. I would of taken pictures of them as well!
Yep.. you may just have to be Larry's Photos a day!
Interesting signs! You should have stayed longer in Maine..the photos that you took there are all very interesting to me..I have never been to Maine:)
These signs are GREAT!
