Have a view of my daily photos or photos from my past. We all need to document the world around us visually. What I see is mostly what you get.

Oxalis.....
An Oxalis is such a great plant to have in a pot as it will give off a little touch of color for you no matter what. I ususally plant the little bulbs back into the ground for the summer to revive it.
A sculptural form develops as the long stem extends out it's flower head. It doesn't get so long when it is outside in natural light but inside it stretches itself out to get to it's source of light.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Hi Larry
Great photo. My wife was bowled over by the beauty of the Oxalis.
Just a really pretty photo today Larry. Love the color against the black background.
Hi Larry
I only know oxalis as a noxious weed from New Zealand. It is pretty as a pot plant in the light.
Happy days
The oxalis is a four leaf clover-like plant here. It actually folds up at night and it puts these small flowers out. They sell it readily during St. Patrick days.
So astonich nature ! beautiful mauve oxalis , I like this soft color
Ok, I looked at the plant and it only has three petals not four.
Beautiful little bloom, my grandma always had some of these:)
What a lovely color to brighten up a snowy day.
We are in the middle of another storm. I would like to go to sleep and wake up when it's springtime!
Enjoy your weekend.
Sunny :)
The Oxalis we have around here is Oxalis violacea. It's a pretty plant.
