Mine haven't opened yet, but this year I have vowed not to go anywhere until they're done blooming. I have a tendency to go on vacation and miss the whole thing. Not this year. If someone invites me on a luxury cruise around Sicily, I'll say sorry I can't go; I have to stay home with my peonies.
I have loved fernleaf peonies ever since I first saw them online. Unfortunately, I cannot grow them down here. Yours is beautiful.
