I was in my neighbor's yard today taking photos of hay being baled and this was too good to pass up with my camera.
This is the informal cousin of the sunflower above. This one likes to hang out and wear it's cap backwards, and doesn't shave every day.

Sunflowers were the flower at my wedding almost 22 years ago... actually July 20 this year will be 22 years. An outdoor wedding and sunflowers were the theme and I LOVED it!! Your photos are very nice!
There appears to be a lot of sunflowers in the first excellent shot. I bet you get lots of seeds for the birds.
