I took a lot of shots of these as the last rain brought back their brilliant colors. You can see that I need to rake my neighbor's leaves from my yard. I may just mow them up into a fine powder rather than rake them.

I have really enjoyed your zinnias this year.
Our neighbor, Barb, battles our maple leaves in her front yard and we battle her Bradford pear leaves in our back yard. Looks like we are going to have rain this evening after a pretty day. John did a little metal detecting near the lake this afternoon - no diamond ring, though; only a fishing lure!!!
