Lilacs come in late May! Wow!
My favourite spring blossom. My lilac trees are in bud but the blossom isn't showing yet. Perhaps they're wary of the sudden snowfall.

Oh gosh I can SMELL those lilacs! I so wish ours were in bloom...but too cold up here yet!
Have you ever seem the plain yellow one? I think it is called Primrose...I am always curious if it really is yellow. Nice shots! :)
I absolutely love lilacs. My cat, Kaboodle, loved to rub on the blooms just like they were catnip!
Sorry I am behind with your blogs. I had an endoscopy earlier this week and I have a large hiatal hernia and esophagitis; they took several biopsies. John's 6 mo. tumor check is on the 11th. Will keep you posted.
