The snow later this week may slow things down but for now I have my first daffodil for the season. The rains splash dirt up into their partially opened blooms.

Crowded.....
The tulip was up first but the peony is now spreading out and shoving the tulip around a bit.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...
