These are the final shots of the peony that I will share. I had a lot of good ones but they all seem so similar. The flowers are all gone now so these are a couple of pictures from memory lane.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Hi Larry! All of the peony and iris pictures are beautiful! Is that peony some type of hybrid? I've never seen a variety like that with so few petals...but its just lovely.
