Have a view of my daily photos or photos from my past. We all need to document the world around us visually. What I see is mostly what you get.

It is not red......but it is a beauty.
Out by the alley are some peonies. They were crowded out for the past many years by overgrown shrubs and weeds. Now that it has all cleared the peonies came up and put out some beautiful blooms. I planted these plants along the alley probably 20 years ago and now they are blooming like the are new plants. I like wild violets and I mow them like grass. Their pattern is so neat behind the peony bloom.

The peony is a great flower. Just the other day I noticed an old peony plant starting to show leaves. It was hidden by other stuff and was in a dark spot, under the shadow of a tree. The tree has now been removed so perhaps the peony appreciates more light.
A rebirth of peony glory! Neat..:)
