The day lilies are forming their buds and this particular one is out and open. I trimmed all the trees out of this bed Tuesday night so that set of tree leaves is not t here anymore.

If you had an outline of a flower like this in a colouring book and reached for such a set of coloured crayons to fill it in with people would say it was "unnatural". But it is the very definition of natural. Wonderful.
