I planted the poinsettia in the plastic swan container a couple of years ago. I had brought it home from my parents home. Being too busy to take it out of the plastic pot, it sits among some ditch lily growth. As you can see the poinsettia is doing well and I can just bring it back inside again this fall. It is a strange looking planting but it almost reminds me of a deliberate statement of bad art.

The poinsettia seems very happy. I've always loved the swan.
I really like the arrangement and I am in awe that you can actually keep poinsettias going for so long.
