A cheap feeder with expensive seed works just as well as an expensive feeder. The sparrows are always a fan of free seed anytime and anyplace.

The expensive feeders are not squirrel proof, so cheap is fine, and I can see from your lovely photo, Larry, that the birds are enjoying what you have in it, so it is all good! Happy New Year to you, dear friend. :)
