Storing your Car.........
My new neighbors are giving the old garage some attention. It is an early design of a garage for model Ts and the older first cars. They were not so big. The doors on the other side swing and fold up to allow the garage to be used. I like how the side door is almost blended in with the side with no trim boards around it. It reminds me of the farm grainery designs on old farms. The small window provided light as there probably was not electricity in these early garages. I don't know which owner of the past three put up the eave trough but it seems pretty modern looking on such an old building. One of the owners quickly shingled it and the left eave never did get its shingles trimmed to the edge of the roof. I will definitely keep you posted as they restore this shed.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

That's a neat old building. It's a good thing to see it's going to be restored.
Nice if they fix it rather than let it fall down!
It needs a good renovation.
Pretty old garage and I liked the architecture in shape of a home! Looking forward to see it renovated here.
It's a great old building. Grandpa had a similar one (without a door) and he would hang hub caps on the outside walls!
