The photo is an impressionistic view of a koi floating just under the surface. The water itself and the reflections makes the composition work. Koi are a neat fish.

On last week-end my husband restarted the pond pump, there is more to fear from severe frost. We'll see soon fish to the surface after the lethargy of the water bottom. Last year, we realized that there were 9 Babies. We have a few koi carps and little red and fishes ans shubukins.
Great picture of the Koi. I had two small ones ones, they never got to grow big.
