Subtle......
When it comes to having an expression, this hedgehog has none. We purchased it for our neighbor's dog, a terrier named Penny, and the act of buying it caused the cashier to burst into a story about her own dogs. We are dog people, so we didn't mind. It is just fun to see how different people express their concern about their own dogs when prompted by a dog toy.
We were told that Penny did like her new toy. She has another dog, a neighbor's dog, visit her almost everyday and the two of them play with the toys. There is now a newer second one coming over durning the day that visits too. So the house has three dogs scattering everywhere. The third dog is a puppy that looks like a ball of fur with short legs. It runs around at high speed in circles. Small puppies usually are high energy dogs and this one meets that criteria.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Indeed ! We've had dogs since we were married...:)
So cute!!! Forget the dog...I want it!
Sweet to hear about your neighbour’s dog... cute doll for them to play
That is a very cute toy! I often wonder how Veterinarian's get anything done the way we dog lovers share every cute thing our pets have done with him/her! lol
Harriet never played with toys/ball. Theo, however, loves all of his toys and is constantly rearranging them!
I've heard you mention Penny in your posts before. Glad she liked her toy.
I know you both missed Button this Christmas. God bless you.
