Looking through the roof is really a special experience. The afternoon sun lights up the silver maple tree above the house.

Nice frame through your roof glass! In some old houses here i have seen such windows on the roof for lights, but they have grills on them for protection.
Very pretty view. The home we shared with mother (Nalley Valley) had sky lights and it was fun to see the moon/stars at night.
