Have a view of my daily photos or photos from my past. We all need to document the world around us visually. What I see is mostly what you get.

Dusk......
Dusk is upon us Wednesday evening as the remaining rain clouds diminish into fluffs. The lone tree is so nice to have in the neighborhood. When the housing development was created 15 years ago the company left some of the original trees. The swath up the hill is the backyard land of all of the houses. The tree was growing there. I don't know who was the lucky ones that got the tree but they also get to rake the leaves in the fall. I bet the neighbors of the tree do some raking too. I like being able to look west and seeing that tree standing tall and strong. I know that there are a few others looking east also.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Nice view on the sky and tree… glad the company left the tree to survive, though cleaning the fallen leaves is a home work, the existence of the tree in the premise is a gift and for the moderate weather alike here, it’s bliss to sit under its shadow.
A beautiful photo...I love pictures of the sky...clouds...
