Snack Time........

The junco birds are busy eating at the feeders. The only other kind of bird feeding here is the sparrow.
The most exotic looking bird at the feeder was the one time when the house finch showed up. That happened last week.

Our Juncos up here never go up to the feeders and just stay on the ground...strange...maybe we don't serve the right food...thistle or sunflower seeds:)

We have all three of these, the Juncos come every winter. They must come from some place much colder!

Resting

With all the zooming around all day the one bird decided to land on the top of a flower basket hook.
