The birch tree at the farm is getting to be so large. Its slender trunk is not so narrow any more as it is getting old. The tree was planted in the late 1970s making it 40 years old.

I love birch trees, and this one is beautiful. It really does seem to glow. Beautiful header! Is it a pear tree?
