A tradition includes the display of the nutcrackers and the antique canning jars. The display seems to fit great underneath the basement railing. The jars are full of the old ornaments that are in bad shape with flaking colors. Some of them are shiny bites and others are of the same age but of a different company.

What a lovely and colorful display! I love those old canning jars. I have some of those also that I use for display in the kitchen during the summertime.
