I took many shots and trashed many shots as one can have only so many photos of one butterfly. I had to wait a long time to get a shot of it with its wings opened. Monarchs close their wings usually while eating.

That's beautiful with spread out wings! For me capturing butterfly is never easy as i could easily count on the shots i took.
