The End of a Bloom....

The fading tulip has a sculpture-like appearance as it is ending its time.  I am inspired to plant more tulips this year that will fill in the front flower garden for next spring. The town of Pella did not have their tulip time festival this year but people did sort of strayed into the streets and take pictures of their thousands of blooming tulips.  If one goes there right now they are letting people dig the bulbs and you pay a dollar a bulb.  That is a good money maker for them but I think I will get on the net and find some for fall.
