I am thinking it is a cone flower judging by the shape of the leaves. When the other white one bloom in that area I will be sure.

Drying Out
Everything keeps drying out as the sun shines. It has been a night of spotty rains and things seem to be wet all the time.

It's very pretty! It does look like a coneflower.
I am seeing a lot of Shasta daisies blooming currently, also.
