The new fence is an improvement to the neighborhood. The old fence belongs to the other neighbor. The neighbors to the south get the benefit of the new fence too. It is funny how fences are built as the outside of the fence is the best side and all the neighbors and the owner gets to see all the support boards and posts.

I would love to have a fenced in yard. This morning I was clean and ready to grocery shop and the neighbor's muddy dog ruined my clothes!!!
