I took a quick photo of the outside weather. My poor brother lives in California and can't experience -35 * F windchill. It was a too quick of a shot so the blur took place.

I understand how chilly it is for you to get outside for a snapshot of your Christmas lights. This, too, gives a different look while it shook.
