Evidence of this bird at the feeder shows just a partial sight at first. Robins rarely to never feed at the feeder. They do the worms and insects hunt in the grass but maybe they are slipping seed in their diet and we just don't know it.
It flits back and forth and then I do see its beak in view. I have seen a robin at the feeder and it was last season.
