It is eight in the morning and the sunrise really didn't do much for us. The neighbor's backyard is cold at 25° F. and the leaves on that maple will react to that temp immediately. The leaves will fall. The neighbor is moving away and I am curious as if he won't leave those leaves for the new owners. The sun is giving off a subtle light glow on things.

Should the Neighbour honour any conditions on the contract to clean up before they move? The red leaves are looking nice.
