Jars are really the best to place you harvested seed for the winter. I have too many seeds of morning glories so I really should stop harvesting them. Marigolds and lots of zinnia seeds all are awaiting the warm spring soil. I keep thinking I should start them in the inside before spring but I tend to forget to do it soon enough. Zinnias start quickly when spread in a furrow outside.
