The cockatiel is ever watching for other birds. Some birds seem threatening and he has to call out to warm them to stay away. His buddy, female zebra finch, in the adjoining cage keep good tabs on each other. They are good company to each other. It is a rare good shot of this bird as I usually capture the foreground cage bars in the picture and the cellphone let me shoot up close between the bars.
