Very true! My flowers have just about gone by. We had frost the other night and that certainly didn't help matters!
Sunny :)
The same thing is happening over here as well. excellent pictures, as usual.
This is the end of summer and the end of flowers.
Yesterday I made my rounds to my neighbor's flower gardens and got the last of the summer, beginning of fall photos. I told them, these will have to get me through the long cold winter, as I post a picture each day of their beautiful flowers. Remembering the warm days of summer and fall.
Yes, I agree. And these blooms also show that autumn is starting to age them. Their last burst of beauty is not lost on us!
The flowers are all looking tired and worn, I have a few that are still looking good..but not many..great Zinnia captures..they just look like Fall has them in their grip:)
I was just out this afternoon.. taking pictures of the few remaining flowers, as I know what is just around the corner. With all the rain that we get, it will make them look sad read fast. What is the yellow one?
Nice shots, Larry. The first flower is extremely attractive.
