Hold still !!!!!!!

The secrets to high quality photographs by LD.  I took quite a few of the wild rose, but this was really probably the best one as it wasn't swaying in the breeze.

Here I cropped out the hand, but I don't think it is as interesting as the one at the top.

Three photos today, as this one has the influence of direct sunlight on the side of it  to create a lighter colored flower.

Beautiful rose pictures Larry. As you know I shamelessly copied your blog idea of a photo per day but I often find myself posting more than one too!!!!!!!! I really like the sun on the rose in the last picture.

I love this wild rose..so very pretty..mine does not even have buds yet..but it is spreading ..so now I have several plants! The wind is not a photographers friend..at least not with delicate flowers:)

It's a pretty rose. Reminds me of visits to an elderly aunt who had loads of them in her back garden. Your hand added to the first one.

Very pretty. I didn't notice the hand until you mentioned it! If you didn't want to crop, you could clone another leaf to cover it.

What a great shot of a beautiful healthy rose. I love single-petaled roses.

I know what you mean about those breezes! ha I always have my hubby stand to provide shade over most of my flower shots when he is with me so they don't looked "washed out". ha

Tall and Short....

At four in the morning and one is walking the empty hallways, one never knows what the camera might shoot.
