The other end of the rose bush had this wonderful group of leaves. I could see these from my dining room window and knew I needed to get out there and get a few shots.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

You would have been silly to miss snapping those gorgeous coloured leaves. You could turn that into an expensive looking framed picture.
This time of year when everything seems so drab, a little extra color (like these leaves) really catch your attention through the window. Great shot Larry.
I love the wild roses..mine are effortless:)
