It tried to give me three more blooms and it did put one out, but I didn't find it until the freeze.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Those lovely buds will never open. There's a strange sort of beauty about the poor petals.
A faint flush of pink is all that reminds us of what might have been.
It got too cold..this rose should do great next year..I hope! :)
