Peony and Tulips....
The flowers are getting a gentle rain this morning. It makes the soil and sub soil happier as our drought is less these days.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Great texture shot..I need to venture out and get some shots..it has been too cold...of course I suppose I could do your heebie jeebies dance and be warmer:)
