Have a view of my daily photos or photos from my past. We all need to document the world around us visually. What I see is mostly what you get.

Knock out rose faces the heat..........
It was out for almost two days but it didn't really last the second day. Half of the nation is feeling this heat wave and even my squash plants are hunkering to the ground and are very wilted. It doesn't really cool off in the evening but I will go out and water some things when the sun has passed and there is a little shade.

I have relatives in MN and IN plus blog friends all over the country. The heat is bad everywhere. Take care.
You barely had time to enjoy this beautiful rose. Thank goodness you took a picture.
I've scrolled through and admired your lovely photos -- especially the barn door!
As I sit here thinking I need another sweater, I still feel for you. I wouldn't exchange our 50's to 70's weather right now for yours - as much as I would like to experience a little summer. It seems to be passing Oregon by, but there's hope for this weekend.
Even though I have a brown thumb, Knockouts do survive, though this year they got 'black spot' and aren't so prolific. It's been hot here too, near 100 and humid!
