I rescued this geranium from the neighbor's compost pile and it is rewarding me for the save. It actually does seem like a Spring bloom in my dining room window as it enjoys the violet potting soil that I used for it's root system.

Crowded.....
The tulip was up first but the peony is now spreading out and shoving the tulip around a bit.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Lovely. Maybe I should go in for some winter flowering plants in the house. I've just the Christmas cactus to brighten my days.
