At the Base of the Tree............

The birch is over 35 years old now and these tulips look great against the bark.  Forsythia that rarely blooms keeps spreading into the area and the bishop weed shares the space with the tulips.

Lovely photo. Forsythia does spread well, doesn't it??

Tulip Power

My tulips are planted among the peonies. As they fade and go away the peonies will be large and take over the garden.
