Storms were hitting all over Iowa last evening and it is to be cloudy and rainy most of today. The tulips will be gone soon. I am sharing a bright yellow tulip to show a little sunshine.

Hello there Larry. Had not seen you on Sepia Sat posts and we were off on a trip in Feb. So I was checking and found your daily photo blog here...a nat idea. I hope all is well with you as our midwest winds blow fiercely today.
The first time I bought tulips bulbs I thought to buy Yellow ones. But when they were growing up, they were white.
I like the touch of red in this tulip. It is indeed very sunny and bright.
