Looking Through......

This hosta grows abundantly on the other side of my trellised gate.  I moved a different variety away from it as it was taking over it's neighbor's territory. It helps to shade the roots of my clematis, keeping the clematis happy and it's feet cooler.

Lovely shades of green, Larry. And now I've got the image of a hot-hooved hosta, in mind.

That's a super picture. You reminded me, I used to have a hosta. Wondering what happened to it.

So many shades of green - lush in the very best meaning of the word

Very interesting. I presume the gate isn't used any more?

I like the pattern in the leaves of the hosta, as well as the color. Have a great weekend.

Green is my favourite colour, Larry, and you have captured it in so many lovely shades. Thank you for sharing.

Peony and Tulips....

The flowers are getting a gentle rain this morning.  It  makes the soil and sub soil happier as our drought is less these days.
