We had a great downpour of rain on Thursday morning. My buckets and pails say that I got at least and inch of rain. It was a strong wind storm with rain and everyone just had to stop work and watch the rare sight. It was a special rain as the town south of us received not a drop. We still had a very hot day.

I just LOVE coneflowers! I have a few in my garden, but only one or two plants..I must get more. LOL
