I don't think it is a tiger lily but it does remind me of one. The brown spots add to the look of the lily. I have a large growth of these at the front drive garden. The are going to be photographed a lot. Have a great day.

Tigers have stripes.. maybe this is a leopard lily. :)
This is true. Tiger lilies of old were always orange like tigers but then they did have spots on their flowers. The person who named them must have been confused. I remember buying a pack of three colors called tiger lilies and they were yellow, orange, and pink.
Tiger or leopard, this lily is wonderful !
