A artist of whirligigs creates and sells these moving sculpture. I am always fascinated when seeing them at the Des Moines Iowa Arts Festival each June. He has most every part hooked up so it will move on bearings for every part. It can be swinging in circles while the parts will also be spinning. It was very windy today so they put on a great show. $3,500 will get you one of the smaller ones and you do need to bring your truck as he doesn't ship.

Wow! I love it! Out of my price range though.
Fascinating and so colourful. I could do with one of those in the garden to scare off the birds.
