The bright sun is great to have out there warming up the earth but it makes my photography skills seem poorly. The autofocus gets so confused. The cardinal on the top of my bird house was posed perfectly but the day was so bright that it focused on the background and ignored the bird. This photo was squeezed out of a bird in shade by manipulating it with photoshop. The feeder was faded and diminished for the sake of a good clearer shot of the bird. No worry though as the deep freeze weather is coming back the entire next week and it will be dark and gloomy. Spring is not coming.
