Delicate White.................
Before the storms and between heat spells, I captured the white daffodil. When it was very hot, this variety just shriveled up into a mushy ball. It is one of my favorites to photograph as the white shows all the lines and textures of the blooms. Yellow daffodils are my favorite of this variety but it doesn't always photograph well with the bright yellow flashing at the automatic camera.

Gorgeous! I love all the ruffles!
I only have yellow daffodils in my yard. The white is pretty. Mine have all bloomed and faded away already.
Such a delicate and beautiful bloom.
